1. Process Diagram

It is a full automatic cutting machine, from large material rolls unwinding, folding, rolling, slitting as set length then clipping out for bagging, very compact and ideal design for large tablecloth's folding and cutting. It is customized for tablecloth's folding, and can be connected with the packing machine. Less labour force with high efficients, high pricisely and low costs, which are very useful for the disposable tablecloth manufacturer, especially the ones with difficult in labour forces.

1. Tablecloth Roll Material Conveying: Equipped with a high-precision servo unwinding unit, it stably conveys various tablecloth rolls with adjustable speed to avoid stretching or wrinkling.
2. Material Storage and Buffering: A dedicated buffer unit adjusts process rhythm, absorbs speed differences, and ensures production line continuity.
3. Automatic Folding & Positioning Cutting: Advanced photoelectric positioning realizes precise folding (double/four-fold, etc.) and accurate cutting (error <1mm) by preset parameters.
4. Pneumatic Clamping & Rolling: Pneumatic clamps transfer folded tablecloths to the rolling unit with adjustable tension, enabling neat rolling with customizable diameter.
5. Finished Product Delivery: Rolled products are automatically sent out by conveyor belt for easy subsequent packaging and transportation.
